Highs and Lows

In the Old Testament, anointing people with oil empowered them for special service among God's people. The Church continues the practice of anointing with oil. When you were baptized, the priest or deacon anointed the crown of your head with oil, called chrism, to help you live a life of faith and service.

We all have highs and lows when it comes to living out our Baptism.
