The Holy Spirit Helps Us
Jesus promised to send his disciples a helper.
Jesus told the disciples to wait and pray for the Holy Spirit.
Sometimes it is hard to wait and pray when we need help. We can take comfort
in Jesus' promise. The Holy Spirit will give us the strength and courage
to get through even the most difficult times.
Find out how the Holy Spirit has helped someone you know. Download and
print the activity below. Interview an adult member of your parish or
an adult member of your family and write their name in the space provided.
Ask them to share with you a time when the Holy Spirit has helped them
through a difficult situation.
